Mission

Our mission is to advance the education of the pupils at the school. In practice this means we support the school by providing facilities and equipment (generally things not normally provided by the state) and we also help develop effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school (hopefully in the process enlivening the school community).

Membership and Committee

All parents, guardians or carers of pupils at the School and all the staff (both teaching and non-teaching) are automatically members of the PTA. The committee is elected annually at our AGM. It is the committee which manages the PTA and its funds.

Constitution

On 6th February 2002, we adopted a new constitution designed by the NCPTA to allow fast-track registration as a charity. A copy of this constitution (as adopted) is available to any member on request. It is not published here for copyright reasons. Please ask a member of the committee by e-mailing one of the links below. Please note it will be supplied as a 5Mb electronic file.
